THE MEANING BEHIND MY NAME:

D3xTr0m3th0rph4n is Dextromethorphan, a common cough suppressant and an dissociative hallucinogenic drug at 10-20x the normal dose with local anesthetic properties. I made this name due the a phenomenon I have experienced under the influence of DXM that makes numbers look like letters and vise versa. I think this is attributed to the drugs affect on the language center of the brain causing almost dyslexic type symptoms. You can stop asking now.

Knocks down normal barriers in the mind, allowing the mind to be more creative, introspective/extrospective, and outside the box thinking abilities.

Separates the body from the mind, and at higher doses the mind from the spirit. This can lead to a state of energetic meditation, though intoxicated, which can cause one to explore themselves and have insightful revelations.

Because DXM can leave one into a state of meditation, a lot of neuro-phenomina is possible..such as out-of-body experiences, finding your self in a dreamscape, really the possibilities are endless.

Intoxication can/will lead to extreme visual hallucination and upto Level 5 Closed Eye Visuals(which override your physical perception of the world. This can make the world a very strange place once one opens their eyes again) also intense auditory hallucination, most commonly an inner voice or ,oddly enough, radio static/transmission.

Even at therapeutic doses (15-100mg) Dextromethorphan acts as an SRI (Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) which means it basically allows the brain to produce and use a bunch of Serotonin (drug in the brain that regulates mood). YES!, this means DXM does act as antidepressant as well, making ones mood more positive for 4-5 days! Most antidepressants are also SRI's and mixing two SRI's can cause Serotonin Poisoning.
