I have been "Pumping it" As my friends would say. For about 5/6 months.

When I started I could deadlift 45 pounds, 3 reps of 10. About at month 3 I could do 65/70 for the same amount of reps. Now I am at 85 pounds. I want to know everyone's progress, or how much you can lift.

My max deadlift was 365 (3 plates and a 25) and i never tried to go further after that cuz i don't give a aboutllegs
