How to add emotes and change colors

I'm trying to change my ig color but it won't save to what I want? Also I don't know how to add the emotes I want :(

Emotes are at the very bottom of the settings page.

and some of the colors that it blocks are nice, their range for what they allow and block is ridiculous

You gotta make the image size 29x29 for it to even work as well.

Search online for an image you want and then resize it to 30px by 30px in Paint or something.
