sure you're good enough to trip your way to a trophy with this player base but you're not a special player and the fact that you failed to win a trophy despite going to such great lengths owns. it owns

while we are enjoying this discussion I would appreciate it if anybody would go vote in my poll. this is very important to me for reasons that would be difficult to describe in mortal terms.
because I can't play 5 games a day without friends. I get too frustrated. EM used to get me really irrationally angry, it's a big reason I don't play much anymore.
I'd encourage people to actually read through this thread. Megs and I played every game together, but we didn't cheat. Nobody ever proved that we cheated. People consistently reported me for cheating every time I tried to trophy run, because I always did it with a buddy or two playing most of my games with me.
We can debate the merits of this approach, but it has been deemed allowed by the mods on several occasions. LOLUMAD got most of his trophies playing with not 1-2, but entire games full of the same people. I don't think this is a bad approach; playing with reliable friends makes for good games. Mafia is a party game that should be played with friends.
I never cheated for a trophy. I did cheat in like maybe six games total, the specific ones I don't really remember. It wasn't usually for victory, but to screw over Eritas on a few occasions because he and I were on rather disagreeable terms a couple of years ago.
