When I saw that my fellow narcissists and virgos, HardCarry and hotjacket had made a personal thread I knew I had to follow suit so here we are!!! I'll mostly just talk about myself here because like everyone knows that's what I love doing...
Feel free to ask for anything in this thread (opinions, questions, tags)
While other personal threads have users talking about serious stuff like depression etc., I'm just sitting here discussing people who fk cars. So I decided that maybe I should talk about something with a little more substance which I think a lot of people believe I'm incapable of doing.
I'm the type of person who tends to have a lot of friends and 'semi-friends' but very few close friends, both online and irl. I'm not completely sure why that is but I think I've always been perceived as a type of 'class clown' character who can't take anything seriously and if I'm being honest there may be some truth to that. People have complained in the past that I'm unwilling to have deeper conversations or talk about myself on a deeper level so maybe that could be why most of my friendships don't turn out to be very meaningful. I'm also incredibly flaky especially irl. I cancel plans and/or ditch my friends at least a couple of times a month for no real reason and I forget to keep in touch a lot of the time.
I know there are people on this site who have attempted to develop a close friendship with me and have been subsequently let down, so I'd be happy to hear their thoughts (or anyone's thoughts for that matter)
I just watched a documentary about animism and objectum sexuality (attraction to objects) and it was just the weirdest thing ever. I try to be open minded about most stuff but I just found this so funny. Instead of understanding and accepting it, like the documentary intended, I instead watched it to have a laugh and for pure enjoyment.
Some of my favourite quotes:
'I do not have a relationship with THIS training airplane and it’s better to stay that way because i don’t mix my work with my personal life'
'I was seen in a romantic embrace with a train and subsequently fired’
‘I felt the Eiffel Tower and I were growing apart because of the bad press 4 years ago'
'The pastors said to me: This soundboard is in your heart, not Jesus'
Even though I don't understand it, it's pretty interesting and I found it entertaining so I would recommend that you all watch it!
Survivor Namibia will likely have a live finale so y'all can watch me stutter and stammer while answering juror questions, LIVE on camera. Can't wait...
Also Bryce and I made FTC together and that is one of the greatest things I've ever experienced
