[8:10:21 PM] Elmo: Before you go into space, you are going to need to be able to solve tough problems to get yourself out of a jam. To test this, we will be providing you with a logic puzzle. Please message your DR when you are ready to compete. At that point you will have 2 hours to complete the logic puzzle.

The person with the fastest time will gain an advantage. They've proven the ability to get themselves out of a jam, and thus their ability will be a free ticket to get themselves out of a jam with The Power of Ejection! Anytime before the final nominees are decided at the veto ceremony each week, the winner will have the option to eject themselves from the week. This means from that point forward in the week the winner will not be able to participate in the house, either through conversation, voting or competitions - however that person will also not be able to be evicted, meaning if they are nominated that nomination is nullified. If this power is not used by Week 8, autoejection comes into effect. This means at the beginning of week 8, the holder of this power will be automatically ejected from the week before the start of the HOH competition and will rejoin after eviction. This power is non-transferable.

When it is time for results, you will be contacted in your Diary Room and will have the chance to give us your nominee after finding out the other two. If you do not respond within 10 minutes, we will reference your blacklist. Your blacklist should be in order of who you MOST want to nominate to who you LEAST want to nominate out of those 3, like so: Ally > Lelmoo > Otherscott.

[8:05:20 PM] Elmo: In each part, the potential astronaut with the highest score will win an advantage to help you on your journey. However, each trainee may only receive one advantage. If the same person has the highest score in both trials, they will receive the advantage of the competition that they had the highest score on relative to the person in 2nd. For example, if they had twice the 2nd placement’s score in one trial, and 10% higher than the 2nd placement’s score in the other trial, they would receive the advantage for the one where they doubled the 2nd placement’s score, and the 2nd placer in the other trial would receive the advantage in that one.

This means you could be the highest scoring in one trial and receive an advantage, and the lowest scoring in the second trial and be nominated. If the same houseguest is the lowest scoring in both trials, it will work the same way as the advantages, in that the 2nd lowest score in the trial they came the closest in will be nominated as well.

[8:02:09 PM] Elmo: Each week, you will compete in a Head of Household competition. The winner of this competition will have the heavy task of nominating two fellow houseguests for eviction. The Head of Household, two nominees, and 3 randomly selected houseguests will then participate in the Power of Veto competition, the winner of which will have the opportunity to remove a houseguest from the chopping block. If someone is removed, the HoH will renominate someone, and then the house will vote between the two nominees. The person with the most votes to evict will be abandoned in space, no longer permitted to accompany you on your journey.
