hi guys! i'm bored and recently rly into jotto! so i thought it'd b a cool idea to have a jotto tournament!! there was another jotto tournament made a year ago in the games lobby, by a now deleted user, but i'll be following their format! you can check out their thread here: https://epicmafia.com/topic/80697
Rules:
Once the game starts you will have 72 hours to complete your first
round.
The games need to be 5 Letter Jotto games
You will need to screenshot the game and send it to me for it to count.
If your
assigned opponent does not respond to you, simply message me, and we
will go from there.
No cheating, using unscrambling, or any violation
of normal EpicMafia rules.
Though Unscrambling cannot be tracked, we
simply ask that you use the honor code while playing. It is just a
game afterall.
I will be using challonge.com to keep a live track of the brackets. Once someone else is in the same bracket with you you may begin!
32 players, first in first served! you can ask to be a replacement if you don't make it!
hi guys just a reminder to please let me know if your partner is being unresponsive or if timezones are getting in the way of your ability to play! it's really important we get it sorted quickly and before the deadline ends otherwise we could run out of time to find a replacement, or lose the opportunity to switch partners to someone who fits your schedule better. i would rather hear about it now than in 2 days when the second brackets are due
yaa i'm sorry the brackets are all done randomly so i don't get much control of whos paired up w who. timezones can b v inconvenient and since these games usually only take 15 minutes max i didn't think they would b too much of a problem. sorry that we weren't able to find an alternative for u guys, but hopefully if theres another jotto tournament you'll b matched up w someone better!

Ash0wns and I have completely conflicting time zones and work schedules, so Scott or Thisisnotaname, will either of you be free in like 3 hours to play a game?
just letting you know!! (markus, ash0wns, otherscott, thisisnotaname - looking at u guys) you have just less than 16 hours to finish the first bracket!! if you don't finish you will be replaced. if you think you will be unable to do it, or both you and your partner agree you both won't be able to do it, it would be great if you could drop out now so people waiting to do their next brackets won't have to wait as long. thank you!
