Suppose I'll do a thread for my own stuff when i get bored and feel like posting something. Probably anime/sports/music stuff plus anything else i feel like posting and probably pokemon ultra sun/moon updates once the game releases.
also ama, i might add tags but probably not since i'm bad at them.
meh, idk what to do really anymore. I'm basically working 50-55 hour weeks and not getting paid for any overtime hours and i'm pretty exhausted already. It just feels since I can't really afford to just give up and go back to looking for work which I hate with a passion but then idk what else I can do. It's a workplace where people just deal with this , so I don't feel like anything good can come out about issuing an ultimatum or anything so idk whether I should just stick it out for another couple weeks and hope for another payrise or do something else but eh. I've just been telling myself it'll calm down soon enough but the company just keeps getting more busy and we're seriously just so understaffed that I don't see that happening anytime soon so sigh
persona 5 is a pretty good game. not sure I'm ever going to find the time to finish it though but would recommend to anyone who has a lot of time to kill.
Also yay for nearly being done with all my orgs and can take a needed break from everything so definitely won't be on EM really at all for the next few months I don't think so yay for first real break from EM and orgs for a long time. might start posting here if I can find to post. Just not sure how to spend my free time rn
If by epilogue you mean Shuushou it's aight but pretty dang short and didn't really stick out to me personally. Meanwhile Mirai Fukuin gave me exactly what I wanted while feeling like the true ending of it all which raised my opinion of the series as a whole. I'd say it really depends on what you want the ending to be on whether you enjoy Mirai Fukuin.
Def agree that 5 and 7 are the better ones but I'd also put Mirai Fukuin up there with them. It's the perfect way to end it all imo.
I didn't really have that much an issue with 6 myself either.
and yes obv not gonna disagree about music and visuals everyone knows the ridiculously high ufotable and Ei Aoki standard.
Okay I lied, I hadn't watched that one yet. I was going to watch the epilogue and that later but I didn't think it was part of the series.
6 was okay, I just found Azaka to be mostly irrelevant and just felt unnatural to give her character depth for no super apparent reason. The plot wasn't terrible but it wasn't super interesting either so it's watchable but doesn't have a lot of value imo.
Finished the last of the Kara no Kyoukai movies tonight.
Really some of the most beautiful visuals and sound all throughout the 7 movies, possibly even the best. The writing is a bit of a letdown along with character depth and development I felt. The first few movies are a little slow as well but very much worth watching even if only for the art and sound but definitely add a lot. 5 and 7 are obviously the best movies, and the ones that are longer than an hour. 6 is a letdown as it just seems a little meaningless. The plot isn't all that interesting and some excellent action sequences are probably its only saving grace.
Definitely recommend watching them if anyone hasn't seen them.
im so sad that you rated kakegurui higher than gakkougurashi
Gakkougurashi is the better anime but I got more enjoyment out of Kakegurui cuz gambling <3
fair enough
on that note if you haven't watched Kaiji or Akagi you should definitely look into those.
well Kaiji was my comparison for comparing Kakegurui which was very disappointing compared to the former. Kaiji one of my favourite animes ever <3 I should try out Akagi tho
