alright well as i'm sure this will get rerolled due to ~reasons~

independent of my alignment, if anyone claims percival i'm treating it as a scumclaim

it's not optimal for town to do and it's really optimal for scum to do. my reads got completely f*cked due to someone that claimed percival being uncc'd
