Okay, time to bring it back for another season after a shaky run in the first couple of seasons but starting to look a little more polished so hopefully this third season will be best.
Again there's a slight twist in that instead of in The Genius where the loser of the main match (MM) is the death match (DM) contestant, the MM winner will choose the first player that will compete in the death match alongside selecting one player that will be immune from being selected in the DM (unless otherwise stated in game).
The first player selected for the DM will choose a non-immune opponent to face off in a challenge, where the loser will be eliminated from the game and the game will continue until two players remain who will compete in a final challenge for the title of The Genius.
Again garnets will make a return with the ability to gain advantages in MM challenges along with a new twist of a new challenge at the start of each day where the winner will receive a blue garnet. The use of two blue garnets will allow a player to remove themselves from a death match they are selected for up until the F6.
Challenges will be mostly EM challenges but with some slight twists to make the game not so boring and encourage thinking outside the box. Again like past seasons, post your interest if you wish to play here but I only have room for 12 players and given the nature of the game and the complexities of a few challenges, if there is a lot of interest, I will hand select the players I feel will likely make the season run as smooth as possible. While players don't necessarily need to reserve, I would like an idea to who wants to play so I can determine whether I should go ahead with it this weekend.
As Kori's hosting a small game that night, I feel alright with just hosting the same night but I'll push it back if there's not enough interest or it feels necessary.
So this Saturday, 26th August at 9 p.m. EST is the time I'll be looking to start.
