vondoom isnt saying every round should be themed, just one every 5 or so.
a round where every setup must be new would also be neat.
Maybe the first round it works then no.

time to bring back the concept of themed rounds. some people hated on the santa/snowman/caroller round but it was actually fun.
reducing the compable setups from 5 rounds ago to 3 rounds ago is going to make the problem even worse.
