Maybe what fake says is that if we were more relaxed we would enjoy more the game. You play to win but it's still a game, you can't always win csause when you win some one lose.people over react gets mad but at the end what??you think that if you get mad you win more? getting mad helps you ??

When people are playing competitive, they're playing to win, If you want to play for fun go play in sandbox or non ranked games.
