I don't feel like treating the track to remove all of the background noises, but if you'd wear head/earphones I wouldn't need to.
You're going to have to conceptualize fitting your raps within 4 beats (1 bar). Once you can adhere to this rapping will feel more natural.

If someone helped me make a pseudo-professional quality 2-3 song demo file I could send to a few record labels they'd sincerely have a piece of the pie long term on the very off chance a deal were struck
