Trophy Game Post

If I may interject on the whole issues regarding omitting VWXYZ from receiving a trophy, we should have the current trophy winners be bumped up in cases such as these of bypassers/cheaters such as our sister lobby the Main Lobby. Whalerus' influence on the game was very minimal and the only time that his choice entirely mattered was by F4 where he did give HC fourth when he won the HOH. Please take this time to take this post into consideration as I'd rather not give a undeserving trophy to EMBB/EMTV and at least begin to take the approach the Main Lobby takes on these issues of cheating. If anyone wishes to give any other opinions, please feel free to do so as this is mostly to generate some sort of discussion as to how these kinds of situations should be handled in the future if this were to happen once more. Thank you :)

That doesn't matter. (Unbanned) users have played and won gold trophies before on alternate accounts.

A gold trophy is a gold trophy. Its holder outplayed everybody else who played that game.


Oh yeah, I also forgot about the scrips he turned on during late game, but hey I guess you forgot too

You don't give 3rd place to 4th place just because 1st got banned. He got 4th, therefore he doesn't trophy, no?

you can't really say, ever, that someone's influence was "minimal"

every vote they cast, every whisper they send affects the game in some way, if he wasn't there then someone else would have been and it would've been affected by that person differently


There's also the fact that he won the whole game
I think that that would have a pretty big impact on the game

i love HC so this isn't against him at all

but the main lobby approach is very different due to the points-based system, survivor lobby's current method is based on one particular game and "disqualifying" someone doesn't necessarily mean that everyone should be bumped up

it's not really meant to be an "undeserving trophy", it's just that SOMEONE needs to receive the trophy and it's meant to be a placeholder
