[29/07/2017 12:25:39 PM] Scott: i may not be sandra diaz twine, or dan gheesling, or even will kirby. i didn’t come close to winning in my 2nd time around. and you know what? i’m at peace with that. i played fair. i played honorably. i treated everyone with respect, and was an honest player. to those who were loyal? i gave them everything i had. to those i sparred with? to those who went against me? i offered reconciliation. people often ask nowadays, “would you rather be the loved loser or the hated winner?” i’ve been the hated winner, and i have said time and time again that if i have to pick again i’ll pick the loved loser. i leave this game tonight a loser, but hopefully a loved one, a respected one. one who didn’t deserve what came to him? perhaps, depending on your perspective (yes the answer is yes i didnt deserve that at all c’mon guys). but i played the game as i thought a ‘hero’ would, and i hope that was enough for you all. it certainly was enough for me.

in conclusion, as another former winner said when they were voted out in an all star season: “i’ve been bamboozled!” (though my game is more similar to Ethan’s than Hatch’s in All Stars if we’re gonna nitpick winners but that’s a conversation for another day).

i would like to turn my attention to bobby, because i’ve got to get some last licks in at the most wtf hoh of the season. bobby, i do my absolute best to separate my emotions from this game. i don’t let it affect how i feel about people. you are going to be very tough to keep that trend with. now that i’m out i have no reason to lie, so this is all the truth: i was loyal to you, i was not against you, i never threw your name out, and you had no reason to fear me or target me. you may have gotten me out but it served you no favors in this game. this is not a win for you, you got out someone who was on your side. if you provided even a single legitimate reason for putting me up, i could understand it. but you failed to other than you wanted anna to stay. well you got your wish, but at what cost?
