Can we add a fake report system? Basically like a dumpspace for stupid/petty/irrelevant/frivolous(Edited due to Enamored) reports. The idea is so players can "report" others for stupid and a mod gives a "fake" vio. This way players who submit stupid reports don't risk report spam.
