You make those that are being investigated, see what they are investigated about and they then act accordingly.

TL;DR they didn't investigate enough and just banned whoever had a bigger pastebin(aka Fade) and then hurried up and started the next round.

And at that time they had like only 2 role mods too.

Look at the effort the mods put into privates bin. They only listed 5 games and picked the most irrelevant ones of the bunch.
