I have been reported 2nd time, and yes I already filed an appeal.
Game Throwing -
Intentionally playing against your win condition or not
playing to win.
What about situations where you know you are already pushed to the corners and left your chances of winning to probability; rather than going for the optimal one and hoping the other side makes a mistake?
The general spirit of playing to your win condition is using a strategy that in your opinion, should reasonably lead to a greater chance of victory than not. Throwing caution to the wind and letting probability dictate the victor isn't playing towards your win condition. You're not attempting to create a situation that is advantageous to you winning.
In your case, your actions actually created a situation where winning would be far more difficult if not impossible. Even if the cop hadn't checked you or your partner by some miracle, the additional information would still have cast suspicion on you. Leaving things to "probability" can be considered gamethrowing when the probability of you winning with that strategy is less than 50% or in your case, significantly less than that.
Lmfao dude you nk'd on the last day which resulted in autoloss. Not to mention you cc'd your teammate's pr claim, which put him in a worse situation.
In most situations you need to aim for the cop, unless there's a role that can protect them (doc, bs, ...). Of course, there are exceptions to this rule aswell, but those are too rare.
And how is that even on-purpose? From your point of view it looks on purpose, but me not knowing all those things it's different from my perspective, I am still playing to win.
Do you even read what is going on in the game or you just random vote and do not even try to win?
Because this is what you are saying and proving.
If you want to learn the game maybe you should start paying attention to it and who can do what?
