The only places I've used magic to teleport to since I got back is Trollheim, Ape atoll and GWD, all the other teleports are pretty much useless. Yeah theyre technically faster, but the time you spend banking for runes makes up for that

Yeah but before it was a big help to do all the gnome quests to get the grand tree and gnome glider networks that helped you get close to where you wanted to go, but now you can just lodestone to the closest spot and often time its faster.

riskitforthebiscuit says most tele items are closer to places you want to be & are much faster to use though
Personally I'm not a fan of lodestones being added, it feels like they made a lot of quest rewards and other teleport items irrelevant
