please make it a foul to speak in caps lock for a long time. if you make your words big it makes me want to rip off my own peanus

mods, please help me out here and make this a rule seriously. super annoying.

how do people live with themselves, how do they sleep at night knowing they press enter after every word, knowing they only use caps lock.

global hunger and world peace can wait. we have bigger issues on hand here.
