If you didn't report anyone for it then why does my boyfriend have a violation for it? I'm led to believe that unless the user is offended and personally reported weather in private or in public, there is no reason to give someone OPI. If it doesn't bother you then tell Emil to remove it because it's not OPI because it's not true right?
I once outted that a guy didn't love his gf along w/ some personal convos of him admitting it, I didn't get a violation for it, he only deleted it and said it was OPI which clearly didn't fly in the reports section considering the world should have known anyway
if it's been outted on the site prior to the report for OPI, it's not OPI, so if you're okay with people knowing your last name that's fine - then if someone else uses it during an argument its not OPI unless you requested the other time your name was on the site to be removed shortly after it was said. then it is OPI.
what is more concerning is that someone got a harassment violation for harassing someone off site, on skype, not on epicmafia, like, if I knew I could get ppl vios for private conversations I'd have baited so much more - it's against precedent, off site is practically off limits unless you use it for game purposes
