Is there anyone else who would like to have their Settings saved after they close the site?

For instance, I prefer keeping the 'Mute' and 'Voting Log' settings on. They only remain checked for the duration of my session, though. They're wiped out as soon as I close Chrome.

It would be nice to have these settings saved somewhere. Pretty sure this can be done by employing cookies...

you probably set chrome to delete all cookies upon exit (close)

nah, the settings are alright - cookies are functional.

i've just tested on mozilla, resulting in the same behaviour.

i have no problem with my settings, they stay there all the time for me :/

well, it's good (and at the same time weird that) you're not nagged by your browser : D

you can check by clicking Settings, click Show Advanced Settings, then scroll down to Privacy, there will be a button there called "Content Settings" then look under "Cookies" and make sure "allow local data to be set" is selected

alternatively, you can Settings > Show Advanced Settings > Scroll to very bottom > Reset Settings

do you actually log out every time you close the tab? I doubt you'll need to make a video for it lol

Boo says

ok new question: when you re-open your browser, are you logged in? or do you need to relog into your account?

nah it's auto log in

okay after more research: loging out (followed by logging back in) doesn't reset the settings.

neither does deleting the session id & logging in.

i'm not sure what's up with the settings lol. so far, the only way to reproduce this "bug" is by completely killing Chrome (all open tabs).

It already does this

Boo says

are you using incognito or something equivalent? I'm pretty sure settings are already saved by session

to be honest i am not one hundred 100% sure, but i think it'd be nice

on top of that, it would add more meta for fake afking so it's a good addition

This idea would increase in-game lag by 0.0001%. Are you sure?
