Today I have witnessed the most terrible mod abuse ever. HardCarry, also known as Rob Snek, banned me from the lobby on the grounds of having terrible music taste. This is clearly not against the rules, and banning me for such a reason is blatant abuse of the mod system and it's morals.
Rob then proceeded to tell me that I needed to change my profile song to a song he liked in order to come back from the terrible hell that is the Outcast lobby. I refused to abide by this blackmail. After much threatening of deandean stepping into the situation, Rob finally saw his faults and unbanned me.
However, all was not done. He had not yet unbanned me from the chats and commenting on the forum or the wall. He did so after a short while, because I threatened to expose him. I still will as I do not stand behind any of this, and respect the mod team for what it stands for.
Not to say that this in itself is Rob blatantly breaking lobby rules. How dare he tell me I've got music taste and ban me for it? This blatantly falls under the rule of Hateful Comments and I will not stand for it. Him banning me would most certainly fall under Harassment as well. He is not only breaking the rules within the mod team, but the rules in the lobby as a whole.
To prove that I am not fact alone in my journey to expose HardCarry, I have some people that would like to testify against HardCarry and the terrible treatment they have been given by this supposed moderator.
N1ed, gold trophy winner of EMBB3 himself told me:

This not only proves that HardCarry clearly intimidates this lobby's players to speak out against him, but that he is also an inconvenience to everyone in this lobby - not to mention a rigger.
Zeezo, survivor lobby darling herself told me:

This not only proves that I am not the only victim of his harassment, but that this person has also been emotionally devastated by the rude and hateful comments that have been directed towards her by this supposed moderator.
alexroberts, our resident drag queen told me:

This proves that HardCarry is extremely homophobic and makes these comments to innocent people, which they do not in fact enjoy. It is extremely hateful, and the constant use of these messages point to harassment as well.
deandean, Survivor lobby's admin in training told me:

Again, this shows the huge amount of harassment from HardCarry these people have to deal with on a daily basis. Extremely inappropriate behavior from a supposed moderator.
I ask you, Survivor Lobby, to stand up for our morals and no longer let HardCarry make us his . Stand up for what is right. Stand up for a zone free of harassment, hateful comments and mod abuse. We as a lobby must unite to keep the horrible people out of here, and it seems as if we have a job to do with this HardCarry.
