I've seen a setup featuring thread before, where Edark bribed people on PayPal to give him money to feature their setup. However, I was wondering if there was a brigade that went around and upvoted currently unranked setups, such as https://epicmafia.com/setup/1393315, so that they could be tested in ranked.
Most online valuations of this site won't be accurate because they're only taking into account visits/projected ad revenue

This entire website is only valued at like just under 5,000 dollars according to google, I'd give him my admin key for 1000 smackaroos in a heart beat.
Ask the mods to plus your setups so they can be ranked!

There isn't, and almost no one cares to test new setups these days no matter how hard you try, but an amiable moderator will probably just feature it if you ask them nicely
