E.g You would be posting in real time in what year you choose and would be able to chat to other users in real time.

What site or forum would you choose? And what year?

Only rule, you can't change the future/nobody will believe you, it's purely for fun.

For example if you were on a message board in 2001 you couldnt be like QUICK STOP 9/11. Or on a equal scale you couldn't stop Arcbell being admined. lol
