I think the President role could be revamped to give him a night action, called Executive Order. There could be three types of executive orders. Each order can only be executed once

Supreme Court Appointment

The selected player is turned into a Judge

If a Mafia is appointed, Mafia wins immediately

Enforcement Priority

Any Cops or Detectives will have their visit automatically set to a target of the President's choice

If the target is guilty, the target will be automatically killed.

If the target is not guilty, the Cop or Detective will quit, and be turned into a normal villager

Immigration ban

The selected player is muted and may not exercise any day or night action, including voting. The selected player will automatically vote for themselves in the day.

If the Immigration Ban order is not followed by a Supreme Court Appointment the next night, then the order will be blocked an emergency injunction, and the target will be able to vote and act again in the next day

If the Immigration Ban order is followed by a Supreme Court Appointment the next night, then the ban stays and target will be blocked for the rest of the game
