Personally Rorschach is more of a Gryffindor in my eyes, Rorschach is a bad leader, not particularly achievement oriented in any sense beyond the here and now, and most importantly never ever second guesses himself even if it affects his self preservation, he is always determined that he is doing the right thing to a very blinding degree.
Gryffindor isn't perfect either but I think their qualities fit him better considering they're described as engaging in pointless heroics, bravery, being arrogant, and self-righteous which are all qualities Rorschach has in spades.
