if there is sufficient evidence that someone is refusing you a job/house/anything due to race, you can sue.
issues with the black community are the problem. and it's sad that you keep blaming others for it. Blacks will stop going disproportionately to jail/prison when they commit less crime. Blacks will enter college and get jobs on their own merits when they're raised better under both parents.

issues with the black community isnt the problem, its being looked down upon, being scared of for no reason, being refused jobs or a house in a nice neighborhood, being refused socially
nothing is stopping black people from entering the highest positions of a country/state/city/county
issues with the black community are things they are responsible for. It isn't the fault of white people that the wedlock rate for black people is over 70%. It isn't motivated by race when they earn very low in comparison to Asians. is it due to whites that blacks commit over 95% of gun crimes in NYC?
Asians, specifically Chinese, have been at the bottom of the bucket, just as black people throughout history. Asians have worked under horrible conditions and actual racism too. They were also put into ghettos and bad communities (note all the locations of the Chinatowns and others). Asians' average earnings now exceed much higher than those of whites.
Indian people also have dark skin tone. They're also one of the most well-off groups in the US too. It's not skin color to blame. It is cultural values that is lacking in the black community.
the word "black" can be swapped out with any other color, including white, and it would still make some sense.
You need to stop treating it as if white people have it best. They don't. They have it just as bad as everyone else.
For college admissions, blacks continue to have the best chance of entering any college. White men are now the race/gender group that is struggling to even enter college. White people continue to overwhelmingly take some sort of welfare, like food stamps.
The only privilege is class privilege.
You keep talking about skin color, as if it holds you back on an individual-basis to higher education, job, etc..
Black lives matter is like Mod Lives matter. You get it

most of us are coming from the bottom, and because of that, we will be oppressed. we are slowly coming back up though, just gotta make it out, and start new families. we can fix it for the future generations

black people have been thrown into poverty since the beginning of time. i know black people who grew up in my situation but moved into nice neighborhoods, had kids, and guess what, those kids are doing great. going to have a great life. you know why? they didnt have to work 3x harder than a white person to not only get out of poverty, but they're growing up around people that are seen as normal, so their personalities will be shaped as such since its all molding them from a young age. they wont have that "black accent", they see successful people around them everyday, lots of more opportunities, better environments everywhere at every turn. if blacks in bulk were never in the lesser hoods since the beginning of this nation, we wouldn't be having this discussion. there is no crying about being oppressed when it isn't happening, its clearly happening and you have no idea what you're talking about.
This is literally true for every culture regardless of skin color. This happens in every f*cking country
This still isn't answering how black people are oppressed.
Not sure why you're referencing the accent. This is true for anyone who speaks some form of improper English (eg. spanglish). Of course you'll be seen as less. The way you express yourself has immediate impact on how people perceive you.
Sure, and again this isn't just true for black people. The only real privilege is class privilege. People who were born into wealth obviously have a better shot at success, regardless of skin color.

since meetterry is trolling, i'll just say one thing. i know most whites who think black people are exaggerating our struggles are probably surrounded by people who arent racist, or at least outwardly and publicly racist, never experienced it in their lives, so they automatically think we're making it all up.
i grew up on the south side of chicago, around straight up ghettoness. from what i can tell there are two types of blacks here, one type that has gotten way too used to the poverty lifestyle that they were born in, accept it as life as they don't know anything else, get engulfed in the drama, the pettiness, the laziness and don't even think they're doing anything wrong, then there's the others that don't get caught up in all of that, stays positive and works to have a better life. all of them know each others struggles though as early life is the exact same for both.
i can say that most people around there falls under group 1. fortunately my family is group 2. the people in group 2, as i've seen first hand cannot catch a break in the real world because of where we come from and who we are. we get looks, we get rejections, we get treated completely differently because of our "accents" and assumptions are made. its not easy at all. i know of some who have made it to great neighborhoods and lifestyles, some even being born into it. they have no idea how lucky they are.
