I am being told that if you have ISP'd in a game for multiple days and are called out and don't want a vio for it, you are allowed to suicide and you won't get an ISP vio nor a GRS vio.

If it was urgent, this user would not have waited so long to suicide or even tell the people in the game - they'd have just suicided at bare minimum OR run to the dog and veg. If it wasn't urgent and a dog choking is normal (they just puke) then the user would say brb or just run, risk vegging because they know it won't last long, and that's that. No need to suicide unless you weren't enjoying the game or wanted to dodge a violation. This person is GUILTY
