the receiver from my exemple is conscious of having a sexual act with a man. while, the glory hole is another story and varies.

Let's go deeper. If you thought it was a girl but it turned out to be a dude, it's a gay act but the person themself isn't gay. But if you willingly went to a glory hole and knew there was a possibility that a dude was sucking you off, it's gay and the person is gay.
So basically both ends are to be determined as gay I guess? I always had this thought that only the person giving it is considered...

Well if a guy were receiving it through a glory hole then you could say it's both gay and not gay. It is only until you take a look on the other side will you find out which it is.
despite ironic comments that make you think that it's gay,it's not really the case. some men(usually the ones with a ghetto mentality) believe that there is nothing more straight and "alpha" than fukcing a man right in the a.ss/letting him suck your shlong just to show dominance and they consider themselves as "real" men.
Maybe if the guy receiving didn't know it was a guy through like a glory hole he wouldn't be gay. The act would be extremely gay but the guy himself wouldn't be gay. But if you're a guy willingly receiving oral from another guy, that's gay.
