Alright, the first part of the plan is to move from complaints to Epicmafia. I think a lot of people probably look at recent threads from the front page links. The complaints threads don't show up there. The thread should encourage discussion and not exist solely to shame bebop. People are a lot more willing to shame someone when they can hide behind genuine discussion. It should be something like a poll called "Estimated IQ of a man who googles the word rebuttal" or "Do you trust a man who googles the word rebuttal with the safety of your epicmafia account?"
you have to let things roll and figure out what shames him. your best bet is shaming him into a resignation.
i can not help you other than to say you have the decision of whether to use the power in your hands, and whether to trust your own judgement over a bunch of equally bright people's judgements
