For the next 3 hours you can ask me anything

why do u love space? i love space cause it terrifies me and yet fills me with so much fascination and wonder *o*
i can read about special relativity over and over and am endlessly blown away by it and endlessly confounded no matter how well i think i come to an understanding i read more and suddenly wow its all so much more confusing & wonderful!
there is no such thing as absolute space no such thing as absolute time............ the implications of this are so ....... wacky!
i love space because it is still so far from our reach. in all its chaos AND structure it remains entirely indifferent to our quests and inquiry. [insert carl sagan blue dot speech]
i love astronomy because it is the unending and, while the technology limits it, pure pursuit that can only be well rooted in wonder and the love of needing to know and explore. it's the closest thing science has to art.
no but if i ever decide to go back to school i want to study physics and astronomy if i don't go for something art related
i am the same as u :-( frowny face cause i wish i could do both :-( why do u gotta pick one or the other ?????????? i just gotta find a cute physicist 2 date me instead :/ suck up their knowledge then leave their empty shell behind and move on to the next....
in a perfect world i'd go go barnard and double in astronomy and art history

i think for the most part i've outgrown guilty pleasures as far as embarrassment goes. it's really silly to be embarrassed by things that make you happy that aren't harmful to others. if others are embarrassed i figure that's their problem.
as for things that make me feel genuinely guilty because they are harmful the only thing that comes immediately to mind is this song though i'm sure there are a few other things: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y9yL2lWnPhk
