So Apparently there is this new site about mafia games that appeared few days ago.
It has all sorts of features, but actually pays players money if they win rounds?
Over 200 roles and damn, sorry to say this, but that say looks like a tottal ripp off.
I don't know how it has over 15k players after so little time.. Maybe it is the steam advertisement, or the cash prizes... maybe people actually enjoy to play on that site :/ I heard there are just 9 moderators and 3 admins, and they handle everything. After checking realised the whole community is nice, and bad behaviour is punished allot.
Then again, the owner is calling himself : RainLucid.
The layout is pretty much the same as this site, except is custom background seems really good drawn, althrough it looks a little photoshoped. The menu buttons are better looking, as the role icons are too.
You are welcomed by a friendly tuttorial, inside a tutorial game that you have to follow step by step, then you can either play ranked games, or enjoy some mindless fun on the Playground - A seperate room where all the rooms are with random roles. The main room is called Competitive. There are Competitive games and Ordinary games.
RainLucid is super active. He is rich too, and personally pays the winners of competition rounds for the donations (Prize is just 20$ so far) but apparently every week there are donation goals for new stuff, and the prize can go down or up depending on how much donations are paid.
Lastly, this site is some serious competition of epicmafia... Even if it is a copy, is way better menaged and way better looking. I am sorry to say but i will be moving there. I suppose there are hard times ahead of you guys...
