Double Roles It's simple players start with two roles of the same alignment instead of one.
ex. I roll a townie role. So I'm randomly given the ability of Cop and Bulletproof. I can investigate someone's role and I have a vest.
ex. I roll a mafia role. So I'm randomly given gramps and arsonist.
Third partys only need to fulfil one win condition. ex. I roll a third party role. I'm given cupid and fool. If I get lynched first, I win. If I manage to keep my two loved players alive I win.
Another suggestion would be you start with 1 role Night 1. N2 You get an option to choose between two roles N2 to be your second role.
