We dont' live in a democracy, we live in a republic. The popular vote means nothing, if it did you would just see candidates trying to appeal to the big cities and forget about the people who live in the rural areas.
no it's called im lazy and i want you to do some research to see that the burden of proof is on you to disprove what is currently being investigated by law enforcement in various states
