Okay just to clear this impasse up: I don't think that anything mentioned prior discredits their claims of sexual assault but it certainly isn't normal to engage their attacker after what happened. If they do engage that person I think it's fair to assume that there is some underlying issue whether it be an abusive relationship, some type of manipulation on the attacker's end, or perhaps just some instability within the victim themselves. In any case my point was just that interaction with your attacker post-assault isn't normal.
I said nothing about moral caliber. Defamation is a tort. People can get sued for committing torts. People who commit defamation can lose very large sums of money. If you're trying to make money on your sweet new pornographic website then you are not going to commit a tort.
