I opened a ticket yesterday regarding some server access issue, and was told they would need to boot in recovery mode to investigate. I've asked for clarification as to whether this is why the site is currently down or if something else is going on. I wish they had given me more warning if that's all this is, but at least it's (probably) not an unexpected crash.
