The only purpose of enforcer is that sleepwalker won't be clear when checked D1 but most smart people wouldn't visit as enforcer because of rechecking after lynching mafia D1 or you might hit the sleepwalker and be confirmed, unless not hardclaiming.
The problem with having a ninja is that its probably optimal for the enforcer to visit no one at all, meaning tracker can only guilty the janitor (his cc) or in a rare circumstance the sleepwalker will be a false guilty (and if the janitor ccs then the sleepwalker is semi clear)
Ninja is a version of godfather, with janitor it looks too scumsided and with nilla not visiting the tracker will only find his cc or doctor, the rest are nv.
