Your mission is to send somebody who can successfully charm their way into scoring a job they have zero experience on, all while pretending to know it more than 95% of people who have applied.
You must choose based on all three of these things:
a) ability to study
b) ability to find someone who can forge / or create by themselves a proper resume with credentials
it's literally impossible for me to be bored about something im doing and actually stick to it. if im not interested i will just stop caring, also the words will just become single words rather than sentences and my brain will refuse to actually remember them. so if this job is boring, needless to say i'm gonna fail
This is about how good you are at being able to quickly assimilate information about something arbitrary and of no interest to you, and do an OK job despite spending significantly less time studying it than people who might get the job legitimately. In that regard I think rose probably falls short by comparison.
