In this order: Magnesium Citrate, Senna Leaves, Psyllium Husks or other fibers, Coffee and then do 10 jumping jacks then squat immediately it will shoot right out onto the floor.
Pop some Magnesium Citrate
Eat more fibers (veggies, oats etc.)
Dont eat gluten (bread, pasta)
