I think it'd be cool if it's your/someone's birthday, there will always be a ph in the closed role setups they join.

You already get rainbox text all day every day. That's half the fun of the party anyways.

Also, this would be a to code. Just sayin'.

Personally, I think the cons weigh more than the pros. Personally, if someone were to spend all day playing EM, I would rather not having a PH in every game.

or on your birthday, regardless of your role, you can host a party (adds some dimension of confusion about there being a real PH)
