lifting doesnt have to be time consuming.
i used to only do tabatas for pushups and squats.
it was 20 seconds of push ups (as fast as you can) followed by 10 seconds of rest...and then repeated 8 times
(and then the same for squats)
results were pretty impressive for 10 minutes~ of your time

I realized I was a maniac when I thought I could bench press my own mafia trophies (after melting them into a giant metal ball).
I carry the game a lot so I'd say I am pretty beefy

I announce midgame "Brb pushups" after destroying fp bots in arguments. Then I'd come back 2-3 mins later (after doing 1000 pushups) just to see these bots trying to understand what just took place. So its basically silence in my games cuz ppl have never seen such an athlete and mafia player like me
i remember it because it was the one you were using in that a&d game where i was pretending to use a script that could tell me ppls roles and i randomly guessed correctly that you were lawyer
