as long as your teammates are picking up the cs and not letting it die to towers while you're ahead you usually should be in a relatively good spot

she doesn't scale all that well into the late game iirc so if you got ahead early you can delay the other team's late game for ages because you're irelia


Her sweet spot is 20-30 minutes in before the team can build up armor or health against her. Because so long as you get a decently early Tri post lvl 7 it's over. Last match I was in was 40 minutes and I ended up 24/6/8. Some of the deaths were because I hadn't built FH yet so I got too ahead of myself.
