I usually watch movies at like 2am-4am which is an emotionally vulnerable time, and when I watched Still Alice I made noises I've never been able to replicate because I was such an emotional wreck

I do, sometimes there is a scene so beautiful i can't hep but cry. It's strange though, I don't cry in sad scenes but I cry in beautiful scenes.

That movie freaking destroys me.

Takahata's other movie Only Yesterday is bad too, but Grave of the Fireflies takes the cake. His movies do nothing but make you cry.

I loved Only Yesterday, I haven't seen Grave though and I've heard it's supposed to be the saddest so I'm preparing a second box of tissues for the occasion

a girl made me watch this movie About Time and it wasn't that great of a movie but there was this one part with the main character and his dad that struck a chord with me out of nowhere and I had to hide in my shirt to hold back sobs

aside from that I can't remember the last movie I cried at, probably Marley and Me

hi buddy do you cry watching movies? you didn't answer on the poll. I think the people who are truly manly are the honest ones, who laud their weaknesses and are rewarded by validation online (or elsewhere).

only ever at this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HHCZhUZXhZU when i was a youngun

I did cry with a little bit of ashamed when Snape and Dobby were died in Harry Potter.
