I can confirm that they have not been treated as OPI in the past. Not like Sachy needs confirmation, though. She's Sachy.

OPI is more for like.. stuff from outside the site that gets dragged in. Not internal things like secret alts lol.

There isnt a whole lot of things we can do about it other than giving out GRS violations for the person.
