Basically any mod that constantly tries to flex their useless sandbox powers are overmoderating and are unneeded. knew you were trying to bypass filters just to say HC. And yet you banned chaika for 24 hours for the second offense of not actually posting a slur (but you knew they were edging around it!). But repeatedly chatbanned Harrold for only 1 hour 4 or 5 times for outright slurring and basically daring you to do something about it. You gave chaika a harsher punishment because it's chaika, and outright ignored a lot of what Harrold did because it was Harrold. The "mod team" still has a lot to learn about bias.

Moderating decisions are not this one-person thing. Typically, every person puts in their input.

iirc, there were days when specifically error was not feeling merciful and had suggested more harsh punishments
