How do you sleep? Any weird sleeping habits? Must have sleep cuddle toy? lol.

I sleep on my side with the left ear on the pillow. I cannot fall asleep on my right ear. I have tried for years but it won't happen. I have had times I stayed up 72 hours just to see if I could be tired enough to sleep on my right ear, but I just end up laying there for hours without falling asleep, flip over, and I fall asleep within 3 minutes!

It's not that there is some sensation, I just literally cannot fall asleep. I will lie there yawning with my eyes closed on the verge of passing out for hours and not fall asleep.

i cant fall asleep if it's pitch black in the room so i have my phone set to stay on for 10 min without activity so i can fall asleep with the light but then sleep with the room dark

Also I'm very sensetive to light, I cannot sleep with light and if theres light in my room while im asleep I'll prolly awake after max 5 hours of sleep on my own

I cant sleep with my head on a pillow. I usually lie down and push my head into the pillow so the my ear is on the bed but my upper head area is somewhat on the edges of the pillow..

--- if that made any sense to anyone idk lol
