Hey Sandbox. This is TrumpTrain2016, dragging my old account out of mothballs.

Many of you have been following EpicMafia Idol 6. Those of you who have followed it are aware that it is the last season.

EM Idol has been a great draw to the Sandbox Games lobby. I personally enjoyed participating and I think the competition has been great fun.

We will be sorry to see EM Idol go. However, for your consideration, here's an exciting new proposal for Sandbox.

It's called EM: The Voice! Singers will be placed on teams mentored by successful EM Idol players. To continue, singers will not only have to impress their coaches, but the audience as well--the audience picks who stays and who leaves.

There is one big difference between EM Idol and The Voice. While EM Idol is run almost completely by the judges, The Voice as a competition lives or dies on audience turnout.

If The Voice is going to be successful, it needs to have high participation. Not only would we be looking for competitors (about 15 is the estimate), but we would also need EM community members willing to vote on submissions.

If you are a singer, we would expect you to submit a recording every week, similar to EM Idol.

This is a test poll to gauge whether or not there's enough interest to do this thing successfully. If there is, we'll do our best to host a trial season from late August to early October.
