After a certain amount of time passes, no one cares that you did bad things on Epicmafia. I'm living proof of that. Confess your old sins.
If you'd like to confess anonymously, you can PM father Arcbell with your sins, and I will in turn post to this thread with no name attached. I have sworn a holy oath to keep these confessions from judging eyes.
I never had much of a problem with Moocow's performance. He was fine, I think people put waaaaay too much emphasis on OT rates and number reports done. It's all volunteer anyway.

We ended up doing this at work in part due to my suggestion, celebrating "world kindness day" where everyone wrote anonymous nice things to each other. It was a super pleasant day.

Interviewing is like a game of mafia, in a way.
The img tags weren't working for me, not sure why.
This isn't really a confession, more of a statement, but this is still my favourite thread on EM.
This was one of the few things I felt bad about doing - I was totally in the wrong and didn't want to deal with it.
I don't think I did too many other things, I was always needlessly harsh on guns, a lot of that stemmed from the round I 4th on a round where A&D was comped and had a better record than the 3rd place person (Who also cheated and we realized immediately when I became a mod the next week)
maymay might've been one of my favorite people to be mafia with, because all you had to do was tunnel him and argue in circles and no one would think it was planned because he genuinely didn't understand why his partner was bussing immediately. I guess this is a confession because it'd prob be viewed as a wrong opinion, immoral even.
I wanted kino to become admin when i stepped down, but I didn't think she was ready. Vancy was the only person that my entire team could agree on which is why we went with him for admin.
Being a mod / admin for 6 total months was actually a really invaluable experience for me professionally. After I was let go from my job was only a few months after I had finished, and since getting this job I've had for the past 18 or so months, I've thought a lot about team dynamics and how to resolve conflict from my time as admin. Most my colleagues are surprised to hear that I have so little experience when I talk about my thoughts on team chemistry, hiring and picking up on BS. I've never told anyone that I did this, but it was more helpful in my professional development than my first job was.
