About me: I usually work out twice a day, 7 days a week, but everyone has to start somewhere! I am experienced and have helped many real life friends with many different body types reach their goals! I will also be starting Brazilian jiu-jistu come September.

I did karate for years as well as well as regular jiu-jistu but I think I will enjoy and appreciate Brazilian jiu-jistu more, especially now that I am older.
